Payments & Refund Policy

At The Wandering Bear Café, Lodge & Farm Shop, we aim to provide excellent service and quality products at all times.

Payments
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase for café and farm shop items. For lodge bookings, payment terms will be confirmed at the time of reservation.

Refunds – Café & Farm Shop
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please inform us as soon as possible during your visit so we can resolve the issue promptly. Refunds or replacements are offered at management discretion for items that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been consumed or where no issue has been reported at the time of service.

Lodge Bookings
Deposits and booking payments for Lodge at Lochside are non-refundable unless cancelled within the agreed cancellation period stated at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside of this period may be subject to a charge.

Card Refunds
Where a refund is approved for a card transaction, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
